Subject: Obvious Source for Pellucidar.
34 pages of The Author's Foreward, which sums up everything that will be found, so that we will not be annoyed with suspense or surprise, but may proceed without fear of being woken up. Heavily footnoted from non-fiction. Very badly written SF, better than average Utopian dialogue.
